Terms and Conditions
Upon instructing The Lock Father Limited, you are agreeing in full to the following Terms and Conditions.
Services
Residential and Commercial Property, including vehicles: The Lock Father Limited will provide the following services, but not limited to: Forced entry to property by way of prising doors or forcing entry points, where required, cutting grills and shuttered entry points, picking/pumping, and drilling locks.
Secure property with metal sheets, wood or plastic, lock changes, Installation of alarms, metal sheeting to opening metal doors, new locks installation, security guarding, concrete blocks, welding, road line painting and bollard installation.
Scheduled rate
Each job has a limit of 2hrs from said meet time, additional hours will be chargeable at normal rates ph per person full or part plus vat.
Loss or Damage
The client assumes and shall bear the entire cost for loss, destruction, or damage of or to any part of property and equipment from any cause whatsoever in respect of property and equipment owned by The Lock Father Limited. If any damage or loss. Theft or destruction shall occur to property or equipment, The Lock Father Limited will invoice the client within 7 days.
Cancellation
To avoid our cancellation charge, we require you ‘the client’ to provide notice at least 2 weeks before the scheduled booking. The Lock Father Limited reserves the right to charge the client full payment if cancellation is not received within the notice period.
Limitation of Liability
The client shall indemnify and hold harmless The Lock Father Limited, (our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates) against all actions, claims, losses, and expenses, in respect of loss or damage to third-party property arising from the services provided by The Lock Father Limited.
Video Footage
To ensure the safety of our officers, we record all interactions via the use of Body Camera recordings. This enables us to ensure all interactions are professional and safe. At all times, camera recordings will be securely transferred to the client and will remain the property of the client. The Lock father will delete all recordings 24 hours after the interaction.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information.
The client shall not, at any time, divulge or release to any other person or entity, company details (together with details of employees, directors, officers, members, affiliates, and representatives), confidential or other information without prior written consent from The Lock Father Limited.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual properties created during the course of the services will be owned by The Lock Father Limited.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. We will notify our clients within 14 days of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay within this term will result in a late payment fee.
Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
