About Us

24/7 Commercial Locksmith services and Dynamic Method of Entry Specialists

What Do We Do?

We are a commercial locksmith company with a twist. Our locksmiths can carry out all the

usual locksmith tasks. However, our twist is rapid entry into barricaded buildings for

evictions.

What Are We Best Known For?

All professional locksmiths can change a lock, cut a key or replace a locking mechanism.

However, we are used by over 16 national High Court enforcement companies for

forfeitures, evictions, and squatter evictions.

Our fully trained and well-versed multi-skilled team carry out the rapid entry on a weekly/daily basis to

gain entry where there may be barricades or extreme circumstances preventing easy access. Over a decade

of carrying out this service, we are proud to hold our 100% successful entry record. We have become

well-known amongst the squatting groups to a degree where we are often welcomed with friendly banter,

sharp exits and personalised Lock Father graffiti in some buildings.

Who We Serve

Our locksmith services are open to all within the commercial sector, but over the last ten

years, the following have tended to use our services more frequently.

Local Authorities - When commercial tenants fail to pay their rent on time to the local

authority, they are often in breach of their tenancy agreement—leading to a termination of

their commercial lease. Often we are instructed to access the property and change the locks,

giving the local authority complete control of the premises.

Block and Estate Managers - When block and estate managers instruct us, it's often for

security or fire safety. Communal doors have high usage, often leading to locks and mechanisms failing

sooner than on a residential property. We would fix or replace the broken part, ensuring the door operates

correctly. Occasionally, we are tasked with repairing fire doors, although we will, once authorised,

replace the whole fire door if the damage is too severe.

Liquidators and Insolvency Administrators - Once a business has entered receivership or has gone bankrupt,

liquidators and Insolvency administrators are initially concerned with the security of the property. Only

authorised personnel must have access to the buildings, so we are often tasked to gain entry and change the

locks on all external doors, giving the administrators complete control of access to the property.

Bailiffs/Enforcement Agencies - As a last resort, bailiffs can gain entry to a property to collect unpaid court

writs and seize assets. They are also used to repossess a property illegally occupied by the court's order.

Once access has been gained, we will change all the locks to prevent unauthorised access and

even steel sheet vulnerable areas if required.

Professional Landlords - professional landlords require assistance in managing their

properties. We help them with the security of their properties, such as changing locks, uPVC

mechanisms and garage security. Occasionally, we are tasked, alongside a bailiff, to regain control of a

property after the landlord has gone through the correct legal procedures.

What Problems Do We Solve?

The four vital problems we solve are as follows:

1. Rapid Entry

2. Property Security

3. Repossession

4. Safety

Our Promise To You?

With over a decade of enforcement work, you know you're in safe hands, and we are more than

capable of getting your properties back to the correct owners.

Commercial Accreditations

We fully understand the importance of a contractor's attitude towards health and safety

whilst on a commercial client's premises. There are two ways in which we prove how

seriously we take our Health and Safety responsibility.

Firstly, we have two crucial commercial accreditations, Safe contractor and CHAS.

We also assign to the council-run Buy with Confidence scheme along with Check a Trade

and Trustatrader (check out our independent reviews).

Secondly, our team regularly undergo training, keeping them safe and ensuring they work

within the boundaries of the health and safety law.
